shipping policy
After order is placed, please allow 2-5 business days to process and verify credit card authorization before we ship out your order. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday. During this time, you will receive a tracking number via email. Generally shipping takes about 2-6 business days. For sale orders please allow up to 7-10 business days max. All Package delivery is with USPS or UPS. After orders are placed, we are unable to change shipping addresses. ALL ORDERS MUST BE SIGNED FOR. In the event that your package is left at the post office after several delivery attempts and comes back to us, we will notify you via email. We are not responsible for carrier delays from the post office, natural disaster delays, or delays due to the holiday.
return & exchange policy
We will honor refunds on unopened hair within 7 days of receiving order. Hair cannot be brushed, combed, cut, taken out of the bundle and tried on, or processed in any way. If our company decides to take your product back, we will notify you and you are responsible for the shipping and shipping MUST have a tracking number that needs to be emailed to us for your return to be processed. If you return an item without a tracking number and it goes missing, we ARE NOT responsible. Please allow 3-5 days processing for returns. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY EXCHANGE.
